From 19 June 2026, Art. 11a of the EU Consumer Rights Directive requires every B2C online shop to offer a permanently visible, electronic withdrawal function – not hidden behind a login. § 356a BGB is Germany's transposition, and it's the implementation ZackReturns ships as a dedicated module: captured in a legally sound way, confirmed automatically, documented cleanly.
